Verifone still the worst customer support in the world

I sell software on line. Avangate was my credit card handler. It was bought by 2 CheckOut and then Verifone, who spent months ignoring my requests for support more than a year ago . Now they are at it again . I realised that they had stopped sending me emails with every order I got. I contacted support, no reply. I contacted support again, no reply. I must say though that I got this email three times: So they are unable to resolve problems or email me with help but they are able to send surveys. My reply was this: And while Verifone are not able to offer support Verifone are able to chastize you about not replying to their non existent emails:
